Specifications:
A variable D. C. Power Supply is fitted with two meters to read D. C. voltage applied to the Photo Tube, and second meter is provided to read the current. Complete circuit diagram is engraved on the front panel.

The Instrument is provided with complete circuit diagram for estimation of plank constant. Power supply is built in provided with Micro ammeter and voltmeter to read the current and voltage. Set of three filters are provided. Photocell vaccum tube 868 or its equivalent is used. Provided with D. C. Amplifier. Terminals are provided for connecting 6.3 volts Bell or buzzer.

 

1174. Thyratron Characteristics' Apparatus
To study the ionisation potential of thyraton valve (Control characteristic) it consists of three meters to read Anode voltage, Anode current and Grid Bias. Provided with two power supplies of its own, with circuit diagram and instruction manual. Graph is ploted between Grid Bias and Anode voltage.
