1503. "RAC" Taut Suspension
Reflecting Galavanometer (Pointer Type) : The coil is
supported by taut top and bottom, the galvanometer pointer a knife
edge moves over a horizontal scale figured as 25-0-25 having a
sensitiveness of one microampere per division. The resistance of the
coil is 20 ohms and it is sufficiently damped.
The instrument is fitted with levelling screws and is also provided
with a switch at the top for clamping and releasing the" coil. |

Galvanometer 'D' Arsonal, Mirror and Scale Form, Cenco type.
The case is of Mangalium mounted on a special tripod having one long
foot which supports the scale, Resistance of the coil is 200 ohms
app.
The U Magnet is extra strong and permanent Coil has locking
arrangement. Very sensitive. |

Ballistic Galvanometer Reflecting
The moving coil is suspended with phosphor bronze strip. The coil
carries an optically true Concave Mirror 50 cm. focus. A zero
adjuster is provided, when not in use or for transport purpose, the
coil can be clamped by a clamping lever. The instrument is fitted
with levelling screws and a sensitive spirit level.
By reversing switch on the base, the galvanometer may be made
aperiodic.

1509. New
Ballistic Galvanometer Aperiodic
A fine suspension of about 10 cm. holds a very light
specially polished front silver mirror. The moving coil system of
the galvanometer is insulated from the case. Copper terminals, Zero
adjuster, levelling screw to hold the galvanometer during transit
are the important features of the Ballistic Galvanometer, which
differentiate it from othar such instruments. Available in Coil
Resistance 100 ohms or 500 ohms. |

1510. Tangent
Galvanometer
The bakelite ring 16.25 cm. in diameter with 3 windings of
2,50, 500 or 2. 5, 50, or 5, 50, 500 turns (normally we supply
2-5-50), The magnetometer is fitted on ebonite plate which is free
to revolve in the base of the instrument. The Magnetometer and the
ring can both be rotated independently of the base witch is fitted
with levelling screws. Compass box with stone agate bearing needle |
