Used in experiments on hystersis the thick copper sheet contactarms and tt,e joining strips are fitted on vulcanite base having 4 mercury pits. Operation of the contact arm is done with a bakelite handle. The terminals are provided on the sid3s. The vulcanite base reinforced with heavy cast iron base and rubber feet. Max. current 5.0 amp.

1542. Charge and Discharge Key
On vulcanite base Springy metal strip is provided with contacts. Terminals are provided on the plate. All parts are chromium plated. Three terminals fitted on a thick Bakelite base cont3ct resistance 2 milli ohms approx.

Strip with insulated knob and Terminals mounted on a Bakelite plate of high insulation.

1544. Tapping Key (Double Contact)
Two Strips and four terminals mounted on a Bakelite plate of high insulation.

1545. Reversing Switch
This new switch frame is double sided 2 position. External connections may be made to form a reversing switch. Silver contacts, Pnosphor Bronze blades operating by an insulated lever six terminals to connect external leads.

1546. Reversing Key Commutator M.I.P.
The four segments of gun-metal are mounted on a thick vulcanite base reinforced with cast iron base and rubber feet. The multibrush sweeping contact moves over the either segments with a handle or finger block. Termints are provided for the four segments and on the contact block.
