To generate alternating current (a.c.) and direct current (d.c.) represented by two lamp holders and bulbs marked with a.c. and d.c. with the help of driving wheel. All are mounted on polished board.

Mounted on a wooden base polished, workable on 2-4 volt d. c. with fan blade or Newton's color disc.

1779. Microtome, Rocking cambridge type :
For fine section cutting of thickness down to 0.0002 mm. It is a portable one with knife and polythene dust cover, in wooden or ply wood polished case.

1781. Microtome Rotary Large Erma type,
An ideal instrument for use in the Biological educational field. Heavy cast base to ensure rigidity and stability with protective aluminium housing hinged to the back. The microtome mechanism with ratchet wheel and paw/, designed so that ware on the teeth is practically eliminated . The feel is fully automatic and adjustable with the help of graduated knurled knob on front side for the thickness of sections be ween 1 to 25 microns in step of 1 micron. in step of 1 micron. Maximum opening of object stage 29x24 mm approximately. The knife block is equipped with rotating knife clamp and can be moved for ward and backward with heavy cast hand wheel provided with the gear wheel. Microtome is having locking device for gear sheel and hook . it is finished in chemically resistant paint. Complete with following accessories :-
