Made of Haldu or kail wood frame work and top covered with white ply. joints are of tongue and groove type. Slides can be stored in vertical position in serially numbered aluminium grooves. Bottom lined with velvet sheet. Printed numbered index sheet pasted inside lid. Fittings are of brass. Well polished.

HOT AIR OVENS ARE SUITABLE FOR TEMP UPTO 250 DEG C FOR CHEMICALS,GLASSWARES IN LABORATORIES, RESEARCH INSTITUTIONS, INDUSTRIES, HOSPITALS AND R&D CENTERS.
THIS SUITS TO VARIOUS APPLICATIONS LIKE HEATING, DRYING, STERLIZING AND BAKING.

CONSTRUCTION:all external cases are made of mild steel,often with strong seamless welding & covered with a thick layer of stoved epoxy-polyster paint.This provide a strong, highly screech & heat resistant surface for along lasting attractive finish.

Internal surfaces ( including the doors) are manufactured from either aluminium or stainless steel,with great care in order to eliminate sharp edges.The double walled chamber is filled with high grade insulation to prevent heat loss.

Elements are of the stethed black heat type are put inside beads and placed at the bottom & in both the side ribs are placed for uniform temperature.The door closes on to an as bestos-gasket the shelves slide neatly into the fixed runners.

The fixed ventilators are provided on both side of the wall. The thermometer is provided on the top of oven to check the the temperature. The Oven is mounted on four rubber feet to prevent slipping and this protects the bench surface.

The control panel house a main on/off switch indicator lamp & temperature setting knobs.The scale is calibrated in 5 deg c steps.The apparatus is easily Workable on 220 Volts.

Accessories at extra cost:

A. Digital temperature controller cum indicator in lieu of thermostat & thermometer is provided on the top panel of hot air chamber 

B. Air circulating fan is provided inside the top panel of hot air Chamber

1798 - OVEN / INCUBATORS BACTERIOLOGICAL ( MEMMERT TYPE).

Suitable for variety of uses like drying of slides, paraffin embeddeing, tissue culture work incubation of anti body test, microbiological determination incubation of hydroxy steroids and crytallization studies. Incubators are suitable for temperature up to 80 deg c with an accuracy of plus minus 1 deg c.

Specifications are same as above but provided with glass window at the center of door to look from out side.
