Sonicator Bath

ROTARY VACUUM EVAPORATOR (BUCHITYPE)

The apparatus consists of an evaporating flask rotated by heavy duty motor in a heating water bath (optional). Vacuum distillation of solvent at high and low temperature is achieved quickly and efficiently by use of a variable speed motor, which prevents foaming and bumping of the liquid (solvent) into the evaporating flask and also distillation under controlled atmosphere. The evaporating flask is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation and is clamped to a glass duct which goes through the drive unit and protrudes about 120 m.m. into the condenser. The condenser is fitted with standard joint at the top and the bottom for receiver flask. The unit is fitted with a quick action jack.

RAC-538 ROTARY VACUUM EVAPORATOR (BUCHITYPE) :
Details same as above, having flask capacity of 1 ltr., the unit is supplied complete on heavy duty tubular stand with the unit fitted on top for its rigidity and table to height, glass parts, Digitally Controlled Water Bath (all of S.S.), Quick Action Jack and Rotary High Vacuum Pump with shut-off valve. The unit is fitted with "IMPORTED" DC DRIVEN MOTOR for variable speed rotation even under high vacuum.

DISTILLATION APPARATUS ALL GLASS (ELECTRICALLY HEATED)
The assembly consists of a corning glass flask with embedded heating elements fused in spiral with type glass coil internally at bottom. A double wall coiled condenser has standard ground glass joints. Complete with glass fitting, metallic stand, rights clamps and electrical fittings. The unit supplied is as per NPL patent design. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply.

QUARTZ DISTILLATION APPARATUS (HORIZONTAL TYPE)

The coil type heater of high class nichrome wire are embedded in Electronic Grade transparent Pure fused Quartz Tubes. The unit is supplied with metallic stand, electrical fittings, and Automatic cut-off device for safety of heaters.

TRAY DRIER

It is a double walled unit mounted on a strudy angle iron frame. Inner and outer made up of heavy M.S. sheet with outer duly hammertone painted and inner with high temperature aluminium paint. The gap between two walls is filled with high-grade glass woll to minimize thermal loss. Brackets to support the heavily laden drying trays at adjustable height are provided on the sides of inner walls. Heating is brought about by strip type air heaters, and each heater is an independent unit which can be easily replaced in event of failure. Temperature range from ambient to 250ºC is controlled by with an accuracy of ± 1ºC Ventilation is provided with adjustable opening at the top to exhaust the fumes or vapours produced during processing. A heavy duty ‘V’ belt driven motor suitable capacity provides forced air circulation so as to ensure uniform heating throughout the inner chamber. A separate control panel is fitted to the chamber with individual control for ON/OFF and air circulating fan.
Fitted with GERMAN Thermostat and Aluminium Trays and M.S. Trolly. Temperature range 500ºC to 250ºC ± 5ºC.

PLANT GROWTH CHAMBER

It has outer wall made of MS. Sheet duly painted and inner wall made up of heavy gauge S.S. Sheet. Besides outer double walled door, a full view inner glass door allows inspection of test samples without disturbing the inner chamber conditions. Unit is supplied with three adjustable perforated shelves. Temperature range from 5ºC to 50ºC ± 1ºC is controlled by DUAL SETTING Microprocessor Based Digital Temperature Indicator- cum-Controller so as to set two different temperatures for Day and Night. Esterior Illumination with fluorescent tubes accounts for artificial day light and the Cyclic illumination conditions are regulated by automatic Microprocessor based programmeable Timer. When all the tubes are ON temperature from 15ºC to 50ºC ± 1ºC can be obtained. Fitted with MICROPROCESSOR BASED DIGITAL HUMIDITY INDICATOR-CUM- CONTROLLER to control humidity from 44% to 95% at cool temperatures. Light intensity can be adjusted manually according to requirements. Arrangements for increasing the humidity is provided and not for decreasing.

ORBITAL SHAKING INCUBATOR WITH DIGITAL R.P.M. METER &

Body made of thick stainles steel sheet (SS-304 grade). Top lid is made up of transparent see through plexi glass. A variable speed rotary shaker platform is fitted with IMPORTED DC DRIVEN MOTOR for continuous operation. All units are also fitted with MICROPROCESSOR DIGITAL RPM/SPEED INDICATOR. The Shaking platform can accomodate 16 flasks of 250/500ml o4 25 flaks of 100ml or 36 flasks of 50ml. is provided at the base of incubator so as to shake erlynmeyer flasks. The variable speed motor is fitted outside of the inner chamber, at the base. The complete unit is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor based PID Digital Temperature Indicator-cum-Controller from ambient to 70ºC ± 0.5ºC. REFRIGERATED WATER BATH (LOW TEMPERATURE)

Mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame the inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel and outer of mild steel duly enamel painted. Fitted with compresor for effective cooling. Heating is brought about by immersion type heating elements. Temperature range from 5ºC to 90ºC is controlled by Microprocessor Based Digital Temp. Indicator-cum-Controller with an accuracy of ± 0.2ºC. A High speed stirrer is fitted to maintain temperature uniformity. The lid of bath is insulated double walled, fixed with hinges and is provided with locking arrangements. The unit is also fitted with a FHP pump for circulating the cooled liquid to an external source.
