Three-finger clamps, also known as three-prong clamps or triple clamps, are versatile laboratory clamps used to hold and secure various types of laboratory apparatus. They are commonly used in chemistry, biology, and physics labs for a wide range of applications.

The design of a three-finger clamp consists of three adjustable prongs or jaws attached to a central rod or screw mechanism. The prongs are typically made of metal and have rubber or cork linings to provide a secure grip on the apparatus without damaging or scratching it.

Three-finger clamps are used to hold objects of different sizes and shapes, such as burettes, flasks, beakers, condensers, or other cylindrical or irregularly shaped laboratory equipment. The adjustable prongs can be positioned and tightened around the object to securely hold it in place.

Three finger clamps are used to hold larger pieces of glassware and oddshaped objects. Rubber covered jaws provide a secure, firm grip on objects up to 100 mm in diameter. Stainless steel connecting rod is 14mm long and 8mm diam.

Use optionally available Bosshead Clamp Holders for attaching to support stand rods.
